Sharing Screens
To begin: screen sharing sessions only require your name (first and last), a valid email address, and a telephone number where you can be reached.
Method 1. Entering a unique 6-digit pin code: The pin code method is very fast and requires a unique 6-digit number to share screens each time. All communication during the support session is encrypted using 128-bit RC4 / SSL. Also, on completion of the support session, all components related to the session get removed automatically.

Method 2. Using CrossLoop: CrossLoop is a great all around tool that most anyone can use. It's the only screen sharing tool that I'm aware of that can be used to receive help from someone and turn around and use the same connect software to give help or share screens with somebody else at no cost. Making Payments
I highly recommend using PayPal. I personally do not and will not ever have access to your credit card or PayPal information. Pre-payment is required directly before beginning service on a client's PC. Most services have a flat fee and the client will always receive a final price on repair costs before beginning any service on a PC. In certain instances an invoice can be sent to you and includes easy instructions on how to pay via PayPal.

Monitoring The Technician
You'll be able to see everything I do on your screen - live. I do not access personal areas of your PC without your permission to do so. Watching live will also enable you to see exactly what steps are being performed or were performed to correct the issue you're having with your PC.

How Long Does It Take?
Most issues take less than an hour to resolve. For severely maintenance deprived machines - please expect a lengthy service time to correct an issue. It really all depends on the current state of a PC. Service sessions can be split up and restarted at a time that's convenient for the customer. Unattended access can be set up so that service can be performed while your sleeping or away from your PC. Services are performed around my client's schedule.
Reports and Receipts
A detailed report of all actions performed plus all transaction receipts will be sent to your email address.
